Birch & Berry Cake Studio is my second career — a move from a very different field into the one that always called to me: sculpting beauty with buttercream and sugar.
Today I design modern, editorial cakes that feel like art objects — quietly luxurious, textural, and tailored to each couple. I love translating fabrics, architecture, and florals into edible form. Every silhouette, fold, and ruffle is crafted by hand in my Tampa studio.
